Endurance Training

Our Endurance classes focus on developing outstanding conditioning, endurance and technique using specifically, Air Runners, Assault Bikes, Concept2 C2 Bikes, Concept2 Ergs (rowers) and Concept2 Skiers.

Our endurance training will help you to build your stamina and work capacity. Through this type of training your body will gradually be able to withstand longer exercise routines.

Lasting benefits include weight loss, increased strength, better health, and overall lifestyle improvement.  All training sessions are 60 minutes  and scaled and modified to meet the needs and fitness levels of your fitness level.

Our Endurance classes are designed so anyone can start right away Meaning no “On-boarding” required to get a good sweat on.
